The cast of Medarot 3. Most of the characters are carried over from Medarot 2.

Main Characters[edit]

Ikki Tenryou[edit]

The Protagonist. His initial Medarot is Metabee or Rokusho depending on the version, and they are replaced respetively by Saikachi andd Dorcus in the second chapter.

Metabee/Rokusho [edit]

In Medarot 3, unlike the previous game, Metabee and Rokusho are fixed characters integral to the storyline. Not only are they connected to the main plot and featured in several key scenes, but their Medals are also permanently bound to one of Ikki's Tinpets, meaning they cannot be removed or traded. This makes Metabee and Rokusho the permanent Medarots of Ikki throughout the game.

Arika Amazake[edit]

Ikki's childhood friend and teamate in the Medalympics. A tomboy girl who aspires to become a professional journalist. Her primary Medarot is initially a Last Sailor before being replaced by Gallant Lady.

Kouji Karakuchi[edit]

Ikki's rival. A hot-blooded Medarotter and student from Hanazono Private School. His primary Medarot is Smilodonad or Warbonnet depending on the version, which he eventually replaces with Excise or Unitris. He becomes Ikki's teammate in the Medalympics starting with Chapter 3.

Karin Junmai[edit]

A sweet girl from the same school as Kouji. Her primary Medarot is Bravenurse. She becomes Ikki's teammate in the Medalympics starting with Chapter 3.

Hachiro Awano[edit]

One of the Hanazono Private School students and a friend of Ikki. His primary Medarot is Spyne.

The Screws[edit]

Kikuhime[edit]

An arrogant girl and leader of the Screws. Her primary Medarot is Noctocat and later Darkpanther. Is part of the Medalympics team in the first two chapters.

Iwanoi[edit]

A boy specialized in hacking. His primary Medarot is Purple Collar and later Straywolf.

Kagamiyama[edit]

A strong and neatness-obsessed boy. His primary Medarot is Rickturtle.

Medarot company[edit]

Hikaru Agata[edit]

Still works at the convenience store at Ikki's town. Though not as proeminent as the previous game, he uses his Phantom Retort alter-ego helps Ikki at various moments. His primary Medarot is Arcbeetle.

Kirara Akita[edit]

She still works at the Medarot Company. She also has her alter ego as Lady Retort and gives various items necessary for progression at various points. She now uses God Emperor.

Dr. Medarot[edit]

Authority in Medarots and Nae's grandfather. He researches the cause for the Medarotch malfunction. His primary Medarot is Premium 2K.

Nae Akihabara[edit]

Granddaughter of Dr. Medarot. She gives Ikki the upgraded parts for his starter. Her primary Medarot is Dear Idol and later Royal Maid.

Mr. Uruchi[edit]

The official Robattle referee. In this game, he arbiters the Medalympics.

Yuuki Nimousaku[edit]

Returning from Medarot 1, he is the sponsor of the Medalympics. The only time he is battled he uses Blackbeetle or Blackstag against Ikki.

Paddy Suidenji[edit]

Returning from Medarot 1, she's Yuuki's fiancee. Her primary Medarot is Pii.

Tenryou Family[edit]

Chidori Tenryou[edit]

Ikki's mother. A woman with a strong personality more concerned with her son's studies than with Medarots.

Jouzou Tenryou[edit]

Ikki's father. Optimistic and sympathetic, he supports Ikki's Medarotter career.

Salty[edit]

Ikki's docile dog. He is found most of the time in the boy's bedroom.

RoboRobo Gang[edit]

Sakekaasu[edit]

The leader of the gang. His primary Medarot is Dullahorse.

Surume[edit]

The female leader, known for her strictness with the grunts. Her primary Medarot is Cry Banshee.

Salami[edit]

Leader of the children's division, he wants to win the Medalympics because he believes children should go to space. His primary Medarot is Change-Gargo.

Shiokara[edit]

The second-in-command who hates children. His primary Medarot is Passghoul.

Medaropolis[edit]

Shimeta[edit]

The replacement principal of Hanazono, unpopular due to his strict rule. His primary Medarot is Diststar.

Hitsuji[edit]

Hachiro's butler. A recurring gag in the game is that other butlers such as the Prime Minister's butler and Yuuki's butler are identical to Hitsuji.

Hanamura[edit]

The old principal of Hanazono Private School.

Earth Mall[edit]

Seseri Ogasawara[edit]

The supervisor of energy production at Earth Mall, who has a cold attitude toward Medarots. Her primary Medarot is Riza.

Ichimonji Asama[edit]

A teacher at Earth Mall's school. He loves Seseri. His primary Medarot is Childsitter.

Kogane[edit]

A Riza tending to the crops in Earth Mall. She used to be Seseri's caretaker.

Primity Baby[edit]

Not a playable Medarot in this installment, one is kept in stasis inside Earth Mall to sustain its energy needs.

Principal from Merman Academy.

Asari[edit]

Principal from Mermaid Academy.

Uona[edit]

Student from Mermaid Academy. Leader from Sea Fairies. Her primary Medarot is Dear Idol.

Kai Urashima[edit]

Student from Merman Academy. His primary Medarot is FlyTrap.

Rei[edit]

A Goldfin Medarot that Metabee/Rokusho befriended and then falls in love.

Heaven's Gate[edit]

Mr. Wataridori[edit]

Japan's Prime Minister and a Medarot enthusiast.

Tonbi[edit]

Prime Minister's butler. He is incredibly similar to Hitsuji, Hachiro's butler.

Crow Wataridori[edit]

Son of the Prime Minister and a rebellious boy. His primary Medarot is G.O. Death.

Gull Wataridori[edit]

Daughter of the Prime Minister. Due to her appearance and mannerism, people often mistake her for a boy. Her main Medarot is Light Cheetah.

Beehive[edit]

Milky[edit]

The magical girl who takes care of the communication system. Her primary Medarot is Hoodwitchy.

Dr. Hebereke[edit]

After his actions in the previous game, he is released to help with the crisis. His primary Medarot is Genius.

Spirits[edit]

Electra[edit]

One of the four elemental spirits, representing fire and thunder. She attacks various locations that Ikki visits. Her primary Medarot is Tundre.

Viridiana[edit]

One of the four elemental spirits, representing earth. She attacks Earth Mall. Her primary Medarot is Basalt.

Ceruleano[edit]

One of the four elemental spirits, representing water. He attacks Under-Shell. His primary Medarot is Lon-Gan, but also uses Blackbeetle and Blackstag.

Topazia[edit]

One of the four elemental spirits, representing wind. She attacks Heaven's Gate. Her primary Medarot is Sphink, but also uses Blackbeetle and Blackstag.

Marble[edit]

Leader of the Spirits. His primary Medarot is Genius.

A former Medarot researcher who is now homeless. He is obsessed with Nae. His primary Medarot is Limbo-Mambo.

Rintarou Namishima[edit]

Medarotter Rintarou! protagonist, makes his first appearance in the main continuity after the alternate game Medarot R. His primary Medarot is Kantaros.

Kawamura[edit]

The man who participated in the auction to obtain Metabee/Rokusho parts at Under-Shell's Medarotters shop. His primary Medarot is Metabee/Rokusho.
