Topazia (トパージア Topājia) is an antagonist introduced in Medarot 3.

Created by Black Devil she is the manifestation of the S Medal's force. She is the fourth and last of the elemental Spirits to be introduced in the story, having the Heaven's Gate as her target. Following the main events of Medarot 3, the S Medal was refined into the Wind Medal, which is now in Ikki Tenryou's possession.

Topazia's primary Medarot is Sphink, but she is the second spirit to use Blackbeetle and Blackstag as well.
