Alec Bear (アレクベア) is a bear-type Medarot that appears in Medarot 9.
Description[edit]
Alec Bear is a pink colored version of Betty Bear, described as a limited edition color variant. Its appearance is very similar to Betty Bear (T2) which appeared in Medarot 8, but it differs in that it features a large blue bow on its front and more prominant eyelashes. It is also female instead of male, and has different part names than Betty Bear.
The names of its arm parts come from "Bar" and "Pascal", which are two measurement units for pressure.
In Medarot 9[edit]
Alec Bear is the model used by Tenma's partner Medarot Teruru at the beginning of the game in the Kabuto version. After having an argument about whether Teruru should pursue a future as a Medarot idol, they have a falling out and Teruru leaves Tenma to become his sister's partner Medarot instead.
Alec Bear's parts can be obtained later in the game by purchasing them from the Harbor convenience store after the second semester begins. It is exclusive to the Kabuto version of the game, and the Kuwagata version gets Rappy-Rappy in its place.
Like Betty Bear, Alec Bear is a hover-type Medarot that uses Break attacks on its head and arms. Its parts have slightly higher success and lower power compared to Betty Bear, and its legs have the "Gravity Control" ability which gives it perfect terrain matching while at 100% charge. Its head and arms all have the CF Attack sub-skill.
