Shiokara, known as Squidguts in English, is a high-ranking member of the RoboRobo Gang. In the games, he is characterized as a stern man with a dislike of children while the anime portrays him as naive and stupid.
His real name is Raizou Shioka (シオカ ライゾウ, Guido Gudalucci in the English anime dub).
