Description
Break is an expanding gravity attack that expands on hit. As a gravity attack, it has twice the success rate as marked, even more than Press. If Break has an increasable critical hit rate, it has a very high chance.

Just like every special attack, Break can be blocked.
Break is a gravity-based attack that expands on contact to force the enemy's parts apart. Mechanics-wise, it works similar to the other gravity-based attack, Press.

If Break is a Shooting or Sniping attack, an expanding ball of gravity is shot and expands upon impact.
Gravity attacks are usually ranged (using the Shoot and Snipe skills) and have the special effect of using twice the part's reported success rate. This can make gravity attacks more accurate, damaging, and likely to be critical, although the exact mechanics vary between each game. (For example, in Medarot 1 the bonus to success only affects the damage caused, and not the accuracy of the attack.)

But if Break is a Striking or Berserking attack, the user runs and summons a fist of expanding gravity that expands upon impact.
Similar to optical or gunpowder-based attacks, gravity attacks can be countered by using parts with Negate Gravity. In Medarot 1 (and possibly other games), Break attacks will be completely negated, but the damage from Press attacks can only reduced by 3/4.

BER-types have this trademark attack, among other Medarots.
In Medarot 1, 2, R, and 2 Core, gravity attacks are compatible with the Bear Medal.

Break (ブレイク) is an attack present in every Medarot game.

Break is a gravity-based attack that expands on contact to force the enemy's parts apart. Mechanics-wise, it works similar to the other gravity-based attack, Press.

Similar to optical or gunpowder-based attacks, gravity attacks can be countered by using parts with Negate Gravity. In Medarot 1 (and possibly other games), Break attacks will be completely negated, but the damage from Press attacks can only reduced by 3/4.

In Medarot 1, 2, R, and 2 Core, gravity attacks are compatible with the Bear Medal.
