Tank Soldier (タンクソルジャー), known in English as Tankar, is a tank-type Medarot that first appeared in the original Medarot game.
Description[edit]
Tank Soldier is a tank-like Medarot, resembling a war machine or tank. Its whole design is based on warfare, as its arms are machine guns. It has mostly gatling gun attacks, and its head is modeled after a shield, which also enables him to defend its allies.

In Medarot 1[edit]
Tank Soldier can be found in random battles against boys. It can also be bought at the convenience store in the Machinaka area.

In Medarot 2 Core[edit]
A teacher in Ikki's school has this Medarot and will use it to Robottle the player. When the player walks around the city a random match may have 2 Tank Soldiers.
In the anime[edit]
An army of Tank Soldiers appear in episode 14 as test opponents for Belzelga

Fox Kids Annual 2004[edit]
Tank Soldier (generically referred to as Battle Tank) is The Screws new Medarot and is used to steal the Medal of Sugar Princess. Ikki sees the tracks it left behind, which leads him to The Screws. After a brief exchange, Iwanoi shoves Ikki to the ground, which makes him take another look at the track and he realizes The Screws are the thieves. A battle ensue and Tank Soldier is torn apart by Metabee.
