Mi-Leviathan is a leviathan-type Medarot based on a mythological leviathan.

It is Mizuchi's main Medarot, alongside 2 Lon-Gans. The player obtains all of its parts after defeating Mizuchi in the one of the story battles at Ryuutou School.
