LeaderColonel (リーダーカーネル) is a Colonel.EXE-type Medarot that was added to Medarot S as part of a collaboration with the Mega Man Battle Network series. The RME model number is from "RockMan.EXE," the Japanese name of the franchise, and LeaderColonel's name comes from Leader and Colonel.

Description[edit]

LeaderColonel is inspired by the NetNavi Colonel.EXE. It closely resembles Colonel, but with a Medarot-style white face instead of the original's human-like facial features, with its right arm in sword mode with the blade inactive outside attacks. It attacks by using the blade on its right arm or electrical attacks via its left arm, and can set up traps against opponents utilizing Symptoms with its head parts.

LeaderColonel's part function in Medarot S are:

Part Name Type Action
Head: Aspire Utility Symptom Trap
Right arm: Neo Divide Melee Countdown
Left arm: Blind Rain Melee Hyper Thunder
Legs: Gaiter Leg Bipedal High Fly

Its head parts are named after Colonel's technique "Aspire Break", where Colonel traps the opponent and slashes through them for extensive damage. The right arm is based on Colonel's advanced variant of his primary saber attack, "Screen Divide", with "Neo Screen Divide", and its left arm is named after the technique "Blind Rain Shower", where Colonel traps the opponent to slash them 4 times. The legs, Gaiter Legs, are named after a military-grade equipment, the Gaiter.

Leadercolonel is the first Medarot in Medarot S to have the Hyper Thunder ability, it a significantly stronger form of the Thunder ability on other parts, and also given the capability of pierce damage.
