Cheeper is a green cicada Medarot only available in Medarot Navi Kuwagata version, mostly used by Space Robos.

The first time you face them is while fighting Ashton's Leo. The head launches a gravity attack, while both hands create a magnetic field that keeps its opponents away from them.
