The Lion Medal was first introduced as the Beast Medal in Medarot 3, but was re-named in all later installments after Medarot DS.

In Medarot DS so is the Beast Medal specialized in Strike, Sniping, Berserking and multi-legged parts.

Medarot Dual
In Medarot Dual you can acquire Lion Medal when you reach Rank 25 (you have a mission there) go to the Bridge and River area area (this area is under the MMF area) and robattle against 3 tags of medafighters. When you beat all of them you will receive Lion Medal.
Medarot Girls Mission
In Medarot Girls Mission the Lion Medal is used by Mizuho Tanigawa's Pompom-Mate.
