The Queen (クイーン) Medal is specialized in Thunder and Freeze attacks (attacks that stop the foe from moving) in Medarot 2, the Status Attribute in Medarot 3 and the Power Attribute in Medarot 4.
The Queen Medal from Medarot 3 and 4 is distinct from the original Queen Medal featured in Medarot 1 and 2. Rather than being the same medal with updated or retconned attributes, the Medarot 3 and 4 Queen Medal is part of a playing card theme, alongside the King, Jack, and Ace Medals, being more specifically the queen of hearts. The original Queen Medal, by contrast, was a standalone, queen (monarch)-themed medal without any connection to this thematic set.
In the games[edit]
In Medarot 2 Core[edit]
The Queen Medal is located in the chest at Mt. Odoro's small island in Odoro Pond where you first meet Sasuke of the Three Ninja Brothers in the Kuwagata Version of Medarot 2 Core. After Sasuke disappears, search the open chest again to find this Medal.
Medaforces

2. Cancel Stop - Reckless - Protect from stop status (60)
3. Propulsion Up - Aim Shot- Increase propulsion on leg parts (40)
Medarot 3[edit]
It is not normally obtainable, and must be transferred from Medarot 3 Parts Collection.
Medarot 4[edit]
It is available in a treasure chest, inside the Umineko Coast's cavern. It is a Kabuto Version exclusive.
Switching roles with the Jack Medal, its Kuwagata Version counterpart, it is now of the Power Attribute, with the Shoot, Snipe and Heal skills.
Medarot 7[edit]
You receive that medal in both version alongside the first female Tinpet and Blackbeetle in the Kabuto version or Blackstag in the Kuwagata version. Its name by default is Coréo in the Kabuto version or Lukani in the Kabuto version.
That medal is compatible with Shoot, Grapple and Healing parts and works with bipedal, wheel, multiple legs and fins. Its Medaforce are :
