This template should be used when uploading small icons that may be of use in templates or lists. It places the above box in the image's description, as well as automatically categorizing it under Category:Icons.
These can be taken directly from the video games or other sources, or created from scratch. Please be sure to include the source template to state where it came from and (optionally) what it might be used for.
To use this template, simply type {{icon-fairuse}} in the summary box when uploading the image.
