Name origin[edit]
So, a bunch of Japanese sites explain its name origin as coming from "india ink" (墨汁) with the first kanji split apart to make 黒土汁 (kuro-to-jiru). The problem is, I have no clue why the name would come from india ink in the first place, so I'm hesitant to include it on the page. >_< The explanation that we had on the page was written really badly too, so I removed it for now.
For what it's worth, the name was spelled "Chrotojil" in English on official merchandise so I'm fine sticking with that regardless of the name origin. ~ Kimbles 11:38, 30 June 2014 (MDT)
