Wind Cecil (ウインドセシル), known in English as Windsail, is a sylph-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Description

Wind Cecil is the wind-themed Medarot of the four "Elemental Series" Medarots. Its design is based on a sylph, or air spirit. Its design is birdlike, with a pale blue color scheme and teal wing-shaped pieces on its shoulders. It attacks with transforming parts that disrupt or annoy its opponents.

Its part names all begin with "fuugawari" (ふうがわり), which translates to "eccentric or whimsical" while also being a play on the Japanese words for wind (fuu) and change (kawari).

Like the other Elemental Series Medarots, the last part of its name ("cil" or shiru) comes from what it was based on (a sylph or shirufu in this case).

In the games

In Medarot 2

As an elemental Medarot, Wind Cecil excels at annoying its opponents with its transform abilities. Its parts transform into parts with disrupting actions, such as Charge Drain or Confuse. Its flight-type legs make it a fast Medarot, but also weak to Anti-Air.
