Warbandit (ウォーバニット) is a KLN-type Medarot who, alongside Smilodonad, are the first series made in resemblance to the opossition of the KBT and KWG series.

Description

Warbandit is a Medarot that resembles a lion. As such it has its Shoot Barrel and Range Shooter parts, which aren't really fast but deal a big ammount of damage. To help its speed, it has the Tension Up part that allows Warbandit to become way faster.

In the anime

Warbandit is the Medarot belonging to Victor, apparently having been commandeered by him during multiple official robattle tournaments. Warbandit is a Medarot who possesses a rare Kabuto Medal that allows him to access the Medaforce, though how he gained this Medal is as of yet in contention. Warbandit is a fiercely loyal Medarot, who, as a general rule, displays little to no emotion, but apparently does seem to care somewhat for his owner Victor. Warbandit is also distinguished as a many-time world champion of multiple World Robottle Championship tournaments.

During the Ten Days of Darkness, Warbandit (involuntarily) attacked his Medarotter Victor while helping the other Medarots destroy Kenya. After that day, Victor lost trust in Warbandit, and started to treat him just as a machine rather than a friend. Warbandit deeply regrets this, and longs for Victor to be his friend again, and so obeys every order in hopes of regaining this forgotten trust.[1]

In the games

In Medarot 2 and Medarot 2 CORE

It appears as Kouji's first Medarot in the Kuwagata versions. Later, he backups his Warbandit with Medarots like Sakura-chan.

In Medarot 2 Parts Collection

It, together with Smilodonad, is one of the two first Medarots the player can have.

In Medarot 4

The only way to acquire it is through an auction in Medaropolis. Kouji is also seen with his Warbandit stored in his room, as he is now using Unitris.

Hikaru also uses 2 Warbandit with Unitris as his leader.
