The East Medal is one of the new Medals introduced in Medarot 3. It has the letter K and effectively replaces the Unicorn Medal in the medal list, and also replaces the Mermaid Medal in terms of usage --- except for two things -- In Medarot 3 and 4 it doesn't has the Shoot or Snipe skill profiencies, instead using the Strike and Set-up skills, and the fact that in Medarot Navi, it is played as a jack of all trades with the Heal, Shoot and Strike skills.

Its skills and Medaforces are unchanged from Medarot 3, but it is one of the Medals you get early on in the game by beating [[Nae]] for the first time.

It is the first medal Kasumi  has in the game, but it is stolen during the prologue, making it unavailable until you beat Goutestu and Mizore a second time.
