Medarot 1

Dr. Medarot is found inside the Medarot lab building. Despite his importance to the setting, he is not given a different sprite from other researchers present and has little involvement in the game's storyline.

After fighting the Wolf Man in the post game, Hikaru can speak to Dr. Medarot about the situation: he theorizes that the Wolf Man's condition is caused by poor eyesight causing him to see his Medal as a moon (thus triggering his transformation) and gives Hikaru a pair of reading glasses to cure his condition. Hikaru can then give them to the Wolf Man to fight him again and get the Wolf Medal.

His role is identical in the game's remake Medarot: Perfect Edition. He is given an unique dialogue portrait in this version.
