Based on a rhinoceros beetle (or "kabuto-mushi"), Chrotojil is the mascot of the Kabuto version of Medarot 5. Its all-around design is slightly different from [[Metabee]]'s, with the most notable differences being its orange coloring, larger missile-firing "horns", and feet with multiple toe-like segments to provide better stability. There's arugument about the left arm's barrel. It's a Gatling attack, either the staff's miss or it's similar to the Taurus Judge.

The name Chrotojil comes from the Japanese word for "brown sugar jelly" (黒糖汁, kurotojiru) a popular bait used as a trap food when collecting beetles.
