The Alien (エイリアン) Medal is specialized for transforming medaparts. Less than 10 Medarots are fully compatible with this Medal.

In Medarot 2 Core
The Alien Medal is only obtainable if the player chooses not to chase Dr. Hebereke in the Flying Fortress and instead stays to stabilize the ship. By staying and stabilizing the ship, you cannot obtain the Penguin Medal.

1. Dice Attack - Interrupt - The attack power will vary according to dice (60)
2. Type Crash - Interrupt - Inflict huge damage to a Medarot with the same legs (70)
3. Cancel Movement - Berserk - Protect from movement status (60)
