The Alien (エイリアン) Medal is specialized for transforming medaparts. Less than 10 Medarots are fully compatible with this Medal.

Medarot 2 Core
The Alien Medal is only obtainable if the player chooses not to chase Dr. Hebereke in the Flying Fortress and instead stays to stabilize the ship. By staying and stabilizing the ship, you cannot obtain the Penguin Medal.
