Brightness (ブライトネス) is a maid-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot DS.

Description

Brightness is a support-oriented Medarot based on a fancy maid. It wears a purple and white uniform, shoes, apron, and has a vacuum cleaner on the left arm and an iron on its right. Brightness face is a LCD screen making it capable of expressing as many unique expressions as a human. While its actual "eyes" are in the green lenses at the side of its head and center of chest.

Brightness name is a play on the word 明度 (meido, brightness), as its sounds a lot like メイド (meido, maid).

In the games

Brightness is primarily focused on trap clearing and clearing status effects. But in some games have the left arm part Cleaner capable of attacking.

In Medarot DS

Brightness is one of the few sets that have Trap Clear and Disruption Clear, making its Visualine and Iron parts handy for a dedicated healer.

Brightness left arm Cleaner was changed from firing tornadoes to trap clearing. Its head and leg parts are used by one of the research assistants in Dr. Medarot's lab and the full set can be purchased from the store.
