Momokawa

Momokawa (モモカワ, Masa in the English dub and derived translations) is a character in Medarot Damashii. The second of Kokuryuu's associate, he is the typical Death Medarot user, being mean, petty, and eager to eke out a win no matter how dishonorably. Uniquely, he is able to control over a dozen Gairots with a single Medarotch.

Momokawa made his entrance by using his squadron of Gairot to paralyze multiple Medarots in town with their laser beams. Before he could succeed, the Mysterious Medarotter appeared and defeated all of the Gairots. Later that day, Momokawa delivered to Kikuhime the Death Medarot parts that Kokuryuu promised her for her service, making her switch side. However, Peppercat proved unable to control Gairot's legs and crashed into Momokawa's entire fleet, letting the battle between the Mysterious Medarotter and Kokouryuu play out uninterupted. When the Mystery Medarotter targeted Death Medarotters with his new Excise, Mokokawa was one of his victims. Ginkai asked Kokuryu why he let that happen despite Momokawa being their friends, to which Kokuryuu responded that he wasn't looking for friends but powerful Medarotters who would show off the power of Death Medarots - an answer that disturbed Ginkai. While minding his own business, Momokawa accidentally got bumped into by Metabee, who was hurrying to Nae's workshop to help Ikki cheat on a math test. Momokawa followed Metabee to the workshop and promised to get revenge, but seemingly backed off after Nae told him off. However, Momokawa kept proding and tauting Metabee, luring him out and beginning his attack. Ginkai heard the commotion and stepped in to fight Momokawa. During the exchange, Momokawa made it clear he resented Ginkai for leaving the Death Medarotters and taunted him about his unwillingness to cheat. However, Ginkai won the battle. Momokawa, along with the other Death Medarotter, ambushed Kikuhime and Peppercat when they were heading for a Robattle invitation by Hanabishi and Kintora. However, he fled when rescue arrived in the form of Metabee, Arc-Dash and Dorcus. ("Fiery Arc-Dash")

Following the fall of the Death Medarot Company, Momokawa bumped into the Tedorigawa Triplets and teased them about them starting to attend Nae's Robattle classes. In turn, the triplet confronted him about the rumours of him becoming Ginkai's "disciple", implying the two had made up after the events of the finale. ("Shine, Spirit of Hope!"
