Medarot 3 (メダロット3) is the manga adaptation of Medarot 3 written and drawn by Horuma Rin. The manga was originally serialized on Kodansha's Comic BomBom from July 2000 to February 2001, and compiled into two volumes released on December 2000 and April 2001.
Between October 2014 and April 2015, the manga received a new release alongside Medarot 2 and 4 in four volumes as "Medarot Revised Edition: Ikki's Chapters" (新装版 メダロット イッキ編), with its third volume, released on February 2015, covering Medarot 3. A digital version of this release became available on March 23, 2020.[1]

The manga was published in English as Medabots 3 in Malaysia by Chuang Yi.[2]
