The Heel Medal was first introduced in Medarot 3, specializing in Set-up moves.

Medarot 3[edit]
At the start of the game, Nae will give you the chance to choose from 3 medals. The heel medal is among them.
Medarot 4[edit]
It's a Kabuto version exclusive, Hero Medal being obtained in the Kuwagata version instead.
It has access to the Set-up, Special and Disrupt Skills.
