Medarot Laboratory (メダロット研究所 Medarotto Kenkyuusho) is a recurring location in the series, an institution that conducts research on Medarots. Dr. Medarot and Nae are usually seen in this location.

The Medarot Laboratory is the main building from the area also known as Medarot Laboratory, accessed from the School area after obtaining a second Tinpet in Harbor Town and defeating Yanma in the path to the area. It is connected with the School, Mountain Village, and Shopping District areas.
In Medarot 2 to 4
The Medarot Laboratory in Omikuji Town is often visited by Ikki.
It is the starting point in Medarot 2 and Medarot 2 Core. It is known as Medabots Research Center in the English version of Medarot 2 Core.
The same lab also appeared in Medarot 3 and Medarot 4.
In Medarot R
The Medarot Laboratory is in Anki Town. Ikki visits the lab after defeating Silver Bat.

A Medarot Laboratory, known in English as Medabot Laboratory, appeared in episode 12 from Medarot Damashii, where Dr. Medarot revealed Arcbeetle-Dash and Tyrrellbeetle to Ikki and Yuuzuru.
