Mach Massive is a somewhat obscure KWG-type Medarot that first appeared in the Medarotter Rintarou manga, and later in Medarot Navi. It's considered to be the KWG-series equivalent to Kantaros.
Description
Mach Massive resembles a more angular and mechanical version of Head Scissors, similar to Kantaros in relation to Metal Beetle. Like Head Scissors, it has a sword on its right arm and hammer on its left. It was designed by the manga artist of the Rintarou series, Fujioka Kenki.
In the manga
Mach Massive appeared in Medarotter Rintarou and the sequel Medarot R as the Medarot used by the famous "Hyper Medarotter" Ryou Kaiba. Its model number is KWG-2015, making it slightly older than Rintarou's Kantaros (model KBT-2020).
Considering how the manga uses a different system for model numbers than the games, it's possible that Mach Massive was simply intended to be what the KWG model Head Scissors would look like in the year 2015, five years after Medarot 1. In any case, given how everyone in Rintarou manga series names their Medarots, Mach Massive was probably a nickname given to the Medarot by Ryou Kaiba.
Ryou's Mach Massive is known for its amazing speed, and has a finishing move called "Thousands Clinger" (サウンザンズ クリンガー) where it attacks with its sword and carves the word "Mach" (マッハ) into the opponent's armor.
In the games
Despite having existed since before Medarot 2, Mach Massive managed to avoid showing up in a video game until Medarot Navi, which happened to use many of Fujioka's redesigns from the manga. Here, it was given the model number KWG-3 to match Kantaros, with the prefix BF to signify it was created before Navi and designed by Fujioka. (The only other Medarots like this being Kantaros, Arcbeetle, and Blossomail.)
Mach Massive is exclusive to the Kuwagata version of Navi, where it's used by Rintarou in the place of Kantaros. His "true" Medarotter, Ryou Kaiba, has never appeared in a video game.
Compared to the Head Scissors available in Navi, Mach Massive's parts have the exact same functions, but are all-around slightly weaker in HP, success, and armor (although they also take slightly less AP).
