Guide:Medarot 1 Quick walkthrough

This is a quick guide on the bare minimum needed to beat the game. For a more in-depth guide, see Guide:Medarot 1 Complete walkthrough.

School

1. You will appear in your room. Walk down the stairs and leave your house.
2. You will now automatically walk to the park. Grab the Kabuto/Kuwagata medal at the right end of the park.
3. Leave the park by.
4. Head north until past a building with the words "24" on it. Enter the building north of that building.
5. Talk to the NPC inside the building. They will congratulate you for returning the medal. Leave.
6. Go south back into your house. Enter your house.
7. Talk to your dad by the table. He will give you a tinpet, along with a starter set of Metabee or Rokusho and 5,000 yen.
8. Talk to your mother near the entrance. Leave the house.
9. Head to the northwest part of the town. You should see a building with a clock on it. Enter it.
10. Go up the stairs immediately ahead of you.
11. Enter the 2nd room to the left of the stairs.
12. After the cutscene, leave the school.
13. Enter the park where you found the medal.
14. You will fight Yanma with a single Cyandog. After the first turn, press select then surrender.
15. Leave the park.
16. Head south to the Harbor.

Harbor

1. Head southwest of the harbor until you see a cave opening.
2. Reika will fight you with 1 Yuchitang.
3. Beat Reika, then head by up to the school area.
4. Head to northwest of the school area.
5. Try to leave the school area. Yanma will challenge you with 1 Cyandog.
6. Beat Yanma again.
7. Head west to the Medabot Laboratory.

Mountain Village

1. You are now in Medabot Laboratory area. Head north to enter the Mountain Village.
2. Head north again to see a water area.
3. Cross the bridge, then head north.
4. Head north through the forest.
5. Talk to the monkey at the left of the pond. He is Inago. He will challenge you to a robattle.
6. Inago has 2 medabots, all using Monkey Gong parts. Defeat him
7. Inago will give you the Mermaid medal and Girl's medal. Head south back to the forest.
8. Head south to the dam.
9. Head south to the Mountain Village.
10. Head south to the Medabot Laboratory area.
11. Go to southwest of the area. You will find Kubota blocking the path.
12. Challenge Kubota to a robattle. He has a single Yellowturtle.
13. Head west to the Shopping District

Select Headquarters

1. You are now in the Shopping District. Head south to enter Downtown.
2. Head southwest of the Shopping District.
3. Iseki will stop you and challenge you to a robattle. She has 2 Magentacats.
4. Head west.
5. You will see a long bridge. Head west to get to the Select Headquarters.
6. Enter the tall building immediately to the left of you.
7. Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor.
8. Head up the upper left stairs to the 3rd floor.
9. Head up the stairs at the bottom right to the 4th floor.
10. Enter the northeast glass door, then go up the stairs to the 5th floor.
11. Head up the upper left stairs to the 6th floor.
12. You are now on the roof. Talk to the bird to the right. He is Suzume. He has 2 Crow Tengu.
13. Once you defeat Suzume, he will throw your tinpet off the roof. Your dad will appear and repair it, and give you another tinpet.

Medal Dig Site

1. Leave the Select Headquarters building.
2. Head right to the dam with the bridge.
3. Head right to Downtown.
4. Head north to the Shopping District.
5. Head north to the Insect Professor's Laboratory.
6. Enter the building directly north of the entrance.
7. Press A in front of the window to the left of the television.
8. Head left to the Medal Dig Site.
9. Go to the mining cart to the bottom of the screen.
10. You will fight Reika again. She will have 3 medabots. They will randomly use parts from Crow Tengu, HellPhoenix, and Yuchitang.
11. Immediately afterwards, you will fight Typhoon. He has 3 medabots, all using only HellPhoenix parts.
12. After a cutscene, you will find yourself back in your room.

Local Shrine

1. Go downstairs then leave your house.
2. Go back to school.
3. Go upstairs, then enter the 2nd room to the left.
4. Head to the shrine to the northeast of the area.
5. Head to the arena northwest from the entrance.
6. Your first fight is against Yanma. He has 2 medabots, using parts from Cyandog and Yellowturtle.
7. The 2nd fight is against Kubota. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Cyandog and Yellowturtle.
8. The 3rd fight is against Paddy. She has a single Betty Bear.
9. The tournament is now over. Inago will challenge you to a robattle when you try to leave. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Monkey Gong, Escarloader, and Crow Tengu.
10. Leave the Local Shrine by heading south.

Medabot Corporation

1. Head west to the Medabot Laboratory.
2. Head west to the Shopping District.
3. Head southwest of the area to the Medabot Corporation.
4. Go left. Enter the building north of the fountain.
5. Go upstairs. Talk to the professor at the bottom to obtain the Mini-Handle. This will increase your movement speed.
6. Go back downstairs.
7. Go downstairs again to get to the arena.
8. The 1st fight is against Iseki. She has 3 medabots, all using Magentacat parts.
9. The 2nd fight is against Paddy. She has 3 medabots, all using Betty Bear parts.
10. The 3rd fight is against Beauty. She has 3 medabots, using parts from Magentacat, LadyJet, and Pinguen.
11. The 4th fight is against Yuuki. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Rollstar and Landmotor. You can lose and still not get a gameover for this fight, as long as you have another medabot ready to fight.
12. You will now reappear in the classroom. Leave the school.

Stadium

1. Head west to Medabot Laboratory.
2. Head west to Shopping District.
3. Head south to Downtown.
4. Head south to Stadium.
5. Enter the large building a bit south from the entrance.
6. Enter the arena.
7. The 1st fight is against Harvest. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Kirabbit, [A-Gedama]], and Yellowturtle.
8. The 2nd fight is against Shamojiel. He has 3 medabots, all using parts from Red Matador.
9. The 3rd fight is against Jaw Suihan. He has 3 medabots, all using parts from Teepee.
10. The 4th fight is against Tawarama. She has 3 medabots, all using parts from King Pharaoh.
11. The 5th fight is against Yuuki. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Rollstar and Landmotor.
12. The 6th fight is against your dad, Beisuke. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Monkey Gong and Escarloader.
13. Your dog Bonaparte will interrupt you. Try to leave the arena. You will find Kirara calling for help. You will get her phone.
14. Leave the building.
15. Enter the building directly left of the stadium.
16. After the cutscene, leave the building, then reenter the stadium.
17. The 7th fight is against Taiyo. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Kirabbit. Red Matador, Teepee, and King Pharaoh.
18. After the fight, Taiyo will destroy your medal and tinpet. You will reappear in your house. Leave your house.

Ruins

1. Head west to Medabot Laboratory.
2. Head west to Shopping District.
3. Head southwest of the area to the Medabot Corporation.
4. Enter the house at the upper left of the area.
5. Talk to Yuuki who is sitting in front of the computer.
6. Leave his house.
7. Enter the building north of the fountain.
8. Go upstairs. Talk to the professor at the bottom to obtain the Wings of Wind. This allows you to fly.
9. Go downstairs and leave the building.
10. Open up your inventory. Use the Wings of Wind, and fly to Medal Dig Site.
11. Enter the mine cart. This takes you to the Ruins.
12. Go to the middle of the lake. After a cutscene, you will get the Alien medal.
13. You will now be at the classroom again. Leave the school.

Select Headquarters

1. Open up your inventory. Use the Wings of Wind, and fly to Stadium.
2. Enter the 2nd building left of the stadium. You will find a rubberrobo gang member inside.
3. The RoboRobo Grunt has 3 medabots, using parts from Crow Tengu, HellPhoenix, Monkey Gong, and Yuchitang. He will give you the Periscope afterwards.
4. Head north to Downtown.
5. Head west to the Select Headquarters bridge.
6. Use the Periscope to cross the water. Head west to the Select Headquarters.
7. Enter the tall building immediately to the left of you.
8. Talk to the RoboRobo Grunt in front of the computer. He will robattle you. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Crow Tengu, HellPhoenix, Monkey Gong, and Yuchitang.
9. Use the computer that was infront of the gang member to deactive the barrier.
10. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor.
11. Talk to the only RoboRobo grunt blocking the path. He uses 2 medabots, both using parts from CoffinBat.
12. Go upstairs to the 3rd floor.
13. Use the 2nd computer to the right to turn off the rampage system.
14. Go upstairs to the 4th floor.
15. Talk to the only RoboRobo grunt blocking the path. He will robattle you. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Crow Tengu, HellPhoenix, Monkey Gong, and Yuchitang.
16. Enter the glass door to the right, then head up to the 5th floor.
17. Go upstairs to the 6th floor using the bottom left stairs.
18. You will find Kakashi to the upper right of the room. He has 3 medabots, all using parts from Propolis.
19. Go upstairs to the 7th floor.
20. Go to the stairs at the bottom. Daichi will fight you. He has 3 medabots, all using parts from Maxsnake.
21. Go upstairs to the 8th floor. You will be immediately confronted by Minori. She has 3 medabots, all using parts from Auroraqueen.
22. Go upstars to the 9th floor.
23. Go upstars to the 10th floor.
24. Talk to Taiyo in the middle of the room. He has 3 medabots, using parts from Kirabbit. Red Matador, Teepee, and King Pharaoh.
25. Immediately after the fight, you will face 3 Beast Masters.
26. You will now get the chick seller ending.
