TAGRO (たぐろ) is a Japanese illustrator and manga artist, best known as the author of the ecchi comedy manga Hen Zemi. In 2011, he revealed on his Twitter account that he had been the main designer for the Medarots introduced in Medarot 4 and Medarot 5, which were previously assumed to have been designed by Horuma Rin.

He stated that he was one of several "ghost designers" for the Medarot games, and was aware that he would not be credited when he took the job. However, given the large number of designs he contributed, he was included in the game credits under "Special Thanks" for Medarot 4 and "Character Graphics" for Medarot 5. He designed roughly 80 Medarots for Medarot 4, with some of the unused ones later being included in Medarot 5. For Medarot 5, he designed an additional 110 Medarots as well as the non-major characters for the game.

Notable Medarots designed by TAGRO include Particle and Hardness Ten. However, he confirmed that Particle's counterpart Grain and several Medarot 5 Medarots (such as Gairain) were in fact designed by Horuma Rin.
