- Doubles the part's Rate of Success when attacking.
- Results in high accuracy and Critical Hit rates.
- Guaranteed extra-strong Critical Hit against Water and Flying targets, respectively.
Status Attacks
Slow
- Hold catches the target in webs. Wave reduces foothold with water.
- Slows the target's CHG and RAD cycles while in effect.
Stop
- Freeze chills targets. Thunder paralyzes with electricity.
- Stops the target's CHG or RAD cycle for a short time.
- A unit cannot Defend or Evade while Stopped.
Flux
- Virus and Bug.
- Reduces target's Rate of Success while in effect.
- Can cause other non-attack actions to fail.
