Dechotom (デコトム) is a rhino beetle-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot G.
In the games
In Medarot G
In the Kabuto version, Dechotom is given to Koishimaru by Shigeyuki (a Medarot researcher) at the beginning of the game. It is used by Hiko in the Kuwagata version.
In-battle, its head part fires a Missile, its right arm is a Rifle that fires 3 small shots in different directions, and its left arm is a Gatling attack that fires 3 shots in quick succession. Its legs are bipedal (running-type) and are geared heavily toward shooting attacks.
In the manga
In Medarot G manga
In this manga, Koishimaru receives Dechotom's parts from Shigeyuki to use as a replacement body for Omeda after his parts were destroyed in a battle at the end of the Medarot 5 series. After competing in the Densuke Land tournament, he returns to using Chrotojil's parts once the repairs are completed.
