First Ace (ファーストエース) is an "Ace" card-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 3.
Description[edit]
First Ace is based specifically on the Ace of Spades card. Its Medachange form, in which its outer armor is cast off and hovers around it, is based on a Joker. A point thief medarot, it can steal Medaforce and Head uses with the Punisher and Last Strike Parts.

First Ace is the leader Medarot in the second battle against Black Devil, effectively making it the final boss of the game. In the post-game, during the Rare Medal side-quest, Ikki teams up with Phantom Retort and Retort Lady to face First Ace's team again.
No battle against First Ace in the game rewards its parts, making it unobtainable normally except through password codes or trading with Medarot 3 Parts Collection.
