Belzelga (ベルゼルガ) is a devil-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 2.

Belzelga is a is a devil-type Medarot that is based on the devil Beelzebub. Like its predecessor Blackmail, Belzelga is mainly focused on delivering powerful physical attacks. It uses both its arms to greatly damage opponents in exchange for their health pool and use its head part Hellmet to brings back destroyed parts.

Medarot 2[edit]
Belzelga is one of three Medarots that can be obtained post-game in Partsun Rally. To acquire him, Ikki needs to find his parts hidden in various locations throughout the game:
- Head: Given by Karin after searching for the part in Hanazono Private School.
- Right Arm: Given by Kouji after searching for the part in the sewer and beating the Screws.
- Left Arm: Given by Hachiro in Kodine Kingdom.
