Rintarou Namashiina is a reccuring character in Medarot 3, 4 and Navi and is the titular character in the manga Medarotter Rintarou!.
He is a Hyper Medarotter, and participated in the tournment twice, winning it the first time and reaching 3rd place in the second time. His rank as a Medarotter is No. 2, being below Hikaru Agata in terms of skill.
He is known for owning and modifying a Metal Beetle Type 2020 that he names Kantaros, he soon loses Kantaros's parts and upgrades him to Arcbeetle, a Medarot that he invented. Ultimately, in Medarot Navi, he is revealed to have upgraded Kantaros for the third and last time to Arcbeetle Dash.
