Ptolemy is a LDB-model Medarot whose sole appearance is in Medarot Navi. Her Medarotter is Fubuki, a soldier.
Description
Ptoelmy's role is mid- to long-range attack. Its Right Arm is a fast but weak Rifle and its Left Arm is a Gatling. Its rounded Head part features the Scope ability, boosting ROS if it fires without moving. Its Legs are Two-Legged, giving it a boost on Grass and Forest terrain.
Its primary weapon is its Gatling which, as a Snipe attack, gets stronger Criticals; this combines well with its Scope to deal great damage to dodgy enemies. However, it is sorely lacking in Armor strengths and must rely on its allies to survive under fire.
Ptolemy is incapable of Medachange; however, it does have a Change-capable upgrade in the form of Ptolemic.
Appearances
Ptolemy is the signature Medarot of Fubuki, a young soldier stationed on Cluster. She is first met in a New York-style city module and, suspicious of Kasumi, challenges him to a Robottle. With her defeat she listens to the boy's story. Kasumi's friend Hiyori is found shortly after and the three form a small task force to seek out the remaining students.
Fubuki and Ptolemy are staples of the party and remain with Kasumi throughout the remainder of the game; the Parts Research module with data for Ptolemic is encountered well before those of Bug Shield, Scythe Cutter or Blazer-Multi.
