The Medarot Card Game was released by Tenky in 1998 and covers all of the Medarots and characters from Medarot 1.
The official website for the game (no longer archived) featured a list of all the cards, along with their rarities and what boosters they were found in. Luckily I had it mostly saved before it went down. The list was broken up into Parts, Medarotters, Medals, and (full) Medarot cards.
Since the website was kind of flaky looking (and the card game was apparently pretty unpopular) it's entirely possible some of this info is wrong, but hey, it's much better than nothing. If you have any of these cards, feel free to confirm/correct anything you can.
