The official website for the game (no longer archived) featured a list of all the cards, along with their rarities and what boosters they were found in, which most of the information on this page is based on.
The official website for the game (no longer archived) featured a list of all the cards, along with their rarities and what boosters they were found in. Luckily, most of this was saved before it went down.

If you have any of these cards, feel free to provide pictures and confirm/correct the information on these pages.
The list was broken up into Parts, Medarotters, Medals, and (full) Medarot cards. Since the website was kind of flaky looking (and the card game was apparently pretty unpopular) it's entirely possible some of this info is wrong, and there's a possibility that some of the stats/effects were changed in Cardrobottle. If you have any of these cards, feel free to confirm/correct anything you can.

Card lists
There were three booster sets for the game (creatively named First, Second, and Third), though only the first two are still commonly available. Since they had a set number of Medarots, Medals, and characters to work with they were split fairly evenly between the 3 booster packs.

Due to the large number of cards, the list is broken up into pages by category:
*Medarot parts
*Medarotters
*Medals
*Full Medarots
*Other cards

* Medarot parts
*Cards included in the Basic Kit
** 240 cards total

There were three booster sets for the game (named Booster, Booster Second, and Booster Third), although only the first two are still commonly available. Since they had a set number of Medarots, Medals, and characters to work with, they were split fairly evenly between the 3 booster packs.

The rarities are not marked on the cards themselves, but Tenky sorted them into "Double common", Common, Uncommon, and Rare on their website. Some of the cards were apparently limited promos (marked with a * as the set on these pages), but details on them are difficult to find now. Note that the rarities and stats on these lists are only for the physical card game and probably do not apply in Medarot Cardrobottle.

The card game also added two new attributes named "Rapid-Fire" (連射) and "Assault" (突撃) that weren't present in the video games. These attributes only appear on part cards and don't have Medals to represent them, but they have added effects to make up for it. It also changed the name of the Monkey Medal's attribute, from "Uses" (回数) to "Consumption" (消費), probably because it affects the energy stock instead of head part uses.
