Medal A: Kuwagata

The Kuwagata (Stag Beetle) Medal is extremely versatile, enhancing the power of grappling (melee combat) Medaparts. The most obvious example lies in the KWG series, as both arms are close-range weapons (a sword and a thickly-armored gauntlet/hammer). Additionally, it enhances the agility of the Medabot, making it more agile and capable of performing swift dodges. Medabots designed for compatibility with this Medal tend to have a support skill Medapart for the head.

Examples: Rokusho, Zorin, Mach Massive, Roks, Atheist, Tyrelbeetle, Kuwagata Baizan, Sonic Stag, Luminous Stag, Shinzan, Adolphin, Sanjuro

As an interesting side note, some Grappling-type Medabots in the anime used a Kuwagata medal, even though they used a different medal in the games. An example of this is Sumilidon.
