Fortate is inspired by the NetNavi [https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Bass.EXE Bass.EXE]. It closely resembles Bass, but with a mouthless white face instead of the original's humanlike face, its right arm permanently in the form of the head of the Super MultiBug Organism Gospel, and its trademark brown cloak made of sections of brown armor instead of actual cloth. It attacks by shooting from the mouth of the Gospel hand or emitting energy from its hand or chest.
