Yakumo Arakune's series. The head and arm parts are Napalm attacks-in this case flamethrowers likened as Napalm warheads. Impossible to get all 4 in 1 play. Make sure you have a Defense medal trained and ready to use as a Defense type. Really nasty for a boss in the early stages.
