The Ghost (ゴースト) Medal's ability is to cancel a Medarot's actions.

In the games

In Medarot 2 Core

The Ghost Medal is received in both versions of Medarot 2 Core at different points depending on which version you're playing. It's received from Margarita at the Kodine's Kingdom Secret Garden in the Kuwagata version. In the Kabuto Version it's received from Hachiro after he helps you by chasing away a Select Corps member with his Medarot to save the RoboRobo Kid.
