Medarot Cardrobottle is a Card Game RPG based on the world of Medarot 2, featuring the same characacters but in a different context. Instead of Robattles, Card Robattles are all the rage here, and the main protagonist is an [[Protagonist (Medarot Cardrobottle)|original character]] exclusive to this game. Like all Medarot games, it is split into a Kabuto and Kuwagata Version, with Kabuto players starting with the part cards of [[Metabee (KBT-0)|Metabee]] and a R1 Kabuto Medal card, and Kuwagata players starting with the part cards of [[Rokusho (KWG-0)|Rokushou]] and a R1 Kuwagata Medal card.

The scenario progresses by selecting the facility you want to go to from the area map and playing cards with various Medarotters.
Basically, by winning and earning points, you can improve your ranking and take higher ranking exams.

If you clear the rank-up exam, your rank will increase and you can move on to the next map.
Players start at rank C and aim to win the tournaments that they can participate in by reaching rank A.
