Blue Submarine makes a return alongside [[Landmotor]] and [[LadyJet]], and now has the ability to [[Medachange]] into a compact submarine form.

Its parts are obtained along with [[Landraider]]'s when [[Ryouma Kikusui]] joins the party early in the game.
