Anti-Air (<span style="cursor: help;" title="Taikuu">たいくう</span> or <span style="cursor: help;" title="Anchieaa">アンチエアー</span>, "Anti-air") is a type of attack present in almost all Medarot games.
Anti-Air (たいくう taikuu in Medarot 1 and Medarot 2; アンチエアー anchieaa in Medarot 3 onwards) is an attack introduced in Medarot 1 as a property of an attack and as an attack in Medarot 2 onwards.

Anti-Air attacks do extra damage to Medarots with Flying-type leg parts. It's often depicted as a type of missile attack, and works similarly to Anti-Sea.
Description
In Medarot 1, 2, and R
In Medarot 1, some attacks would be specially made to be Anti-Air attacks, which means Anti-Air is a property among these parts. For example, Ladyjet's Sword attack is listed as an Anti-Air attack, meaning it will do twice the damage to a flying Medarot. Anti-Air means the attack will do twice the damage to flying Medarots.

In the first few games, Anti-Air is an equip effect given to any parts with the Anti-Air attribute, regardless of the attack they can perform. Equiping one Anti-Air part gives all of that Medarot's attacks the Anti-Air property until the part is destroyed (meaning it can be used with both ranged and physical attacks). Medarots with Anti-Air parts have improved accuracy and power against flying Medarots.
However, in Medarot 2 it is an attack by itself. A shooting or sniping attack where the user will launch a missile and will deal a huge ammount of damage if the objective is a flying Medarot. Usually the parts using Anti-Air are weak if they're used against other Medarots.

Since it depends on the attack you use, it technically works with any attacking skill (Shoot, Snipe, Strike, or Berserk). The Bat Medal is compatible with the Anti-Air attribute.
Parts using Anti-Air are given the "Anti-Air" attribute from Medarot 1 to Medarot R.

In Medarot 3 onwards
Medarots that use it
In the GBC and GBA games, Anti-Air is considered an attack by itself. The attack has high accuracy and power when used against flying Medarots, but behaves normally otherwise. Usually the parts with Anti-Air have very low power and armor, making them very situational.
*Note: The Medarot 1 list contains the Medarots whose parts are Anti-Air, as this was a property and not an attack by itself.

In Medarot 3, 4, 5 and Navi, Anti-Air attacks use the Protect skill instead, most likely to balance for the Medals that can't use attacking skills. In Medarot 2 Core, Shingata Medarot and Medarot DS, they reverted back to using Shoot and Snipe. (In 2 Core and Shingata, they also set off Shoot Traps.)
