This template is for displaying the image source on an image's page.
"Source" can refer to where the picture originally came from (an anime episode, a magazine scan, or game), where it was found (a website or forum), or who provided it (scanner or artist). See Help:Image guidelines for more information on sourcing images.
To use this template, type {{imagesource|Text that you want to appear}} in the summary box when uploading the image, or add it later by editing the image page.
Normal wiki formatting (such as line breaks or links) should display properly, but because of how the template syntax works, including a = sign within the template will prevent text from appearing. If you need to include a = sign in a link, replace the "=" with "=" (your browser will read it as a = sign). Be sure to preview the template before saving to make sure it's working properly.
This template should be used in conjunction with a fair use template to categorize the image.
