Kunigiku Shinozaki (シノザキ クニギク) is a main character in Medarot 9. A laidback student of MEDA Academy, he is the captain of the school's Exploration Club. He is a self-proclaimed romanticist, though nobody knows what he is romantic about. His lackadaisical leadership of the exploration club has annoyed not only its other members, but the student council president Suzume, who has threatened to dissolve the club multiple times.
His Medarot partner is a Marine Healer nicknamed "Coral".
