The Screws (スクリューズ) are a trio of bullies featured in Medarot 2 and its sequels, Medarot R, the Medarot 2 manga, and both anime series. They are made up off:
- The arrogant Kikuhime
- The elite hacker Iwanoi
- The strong and neatness-obsessed Kagamiyama
The Screws love to cause mischief and throw their weight around to indimidate less experienced Medarotters, which frequently makes them come in conflict with Ikki Tenryou. However, they are not against teaming up against a greater menace.

- Though no in-universe connection is made, The Screws serves as the successor to the Bad Kid Trio of Medarot 1, having similar appearances, roles, and personalities. The Screws also use the successor models to the Bad Kid's Medarots. They are succeeded by The Willows in Medarot DS.
