Shiokara, known as Squidguts in English, is a high-ranking member of the RoboRobo Gang. In the games, he is characterized as a stern man with a dislike of children while the anime portrays him as naive and stupid.
In the anime, his real name is Raizou Shioka (Guido Gudalucci in the English dub).

- "Shiokara" is Japanese for Salted Fish Entrails.
- According to Hirano Kana's notes on the development of Medarot 2. Shiokara was requested by her to be an ederly man but the final approved design came back as a tall muscular man.
