Water-Beat is an aquatic Medarot that focuses on slowing is opponents down, and to that end, its head is a Speed Steal action, which inflicts a [[Bind]] status effect on one opponent while giving itself a [[Charge]] status effect, and both its arms are Bind attacks to maintain the speed reduction going.
