This file is a piece of character art from [[{{{1}}}]]. It will be used on the character's page.

Medapedia claims no ownership of this image. Its use on this wiki constitutes fair use.

Description[edit]

This template should be used with all artwork of non-Medarot characters that doesn't fall into the following categories:

  • Sprites or 3D models
  • Screenshots
  • Dialogue portraits from a game
  • Manga art
  • Anime production art
  • Concept art

It places the above box in the image's description, as well as automatically categorizing it. You need to enter the name of the game/media the image is from, since it categorizes it under "Category:Character art from (name goes here)".

Most of these images will come from official websites, news websites, instruction manuals, guide books, or magazines. For images saved from a website, it should either be uploaded unmodified or saved as a .png to preserve the quality. Blank backgrounds are not a requirement, but are appreciated.

Please be sure to include the source template to state where you found it and whether the image has been edited. For digital art of Medarots, please use Template:Medadesign-clean-fairuse instead. For digital art of other things, use Template:Digitalart-fairuse.

To use this template, type {{characterart-fairuse|game the image is from}} in the summary box when uploading the image.
