Excise (エクサイズ), known in English as Exor is a sabertooth tiger-type Medarot that first appeared in Medarot 3. Used by Kouji Karakuchi when he upgrades his Smilodonad parts, much like Ikki did with his Medarot.

Description

Excise is a STG Medarot, similar to the KLN type Medarot Unitris, whose specialty relies on setting shot traps and grappling with its hammer and sword. In the anime series, though, it is seen as a Death Medarot under the ownership of Ginkai, and thus an evil Medarot.

Unlike its predecessor, Smilodonad, it can perform a Medachange, allowing it to move effectively in rough terrains. Outside of gaining a melee trap for its Drive A, its abilities remain unchanged.

In the games

In Medarot 3

Excise is the Medarot Kouji uses for Robottling in the Kabuto versions of the games. The player can acquire the parts as well. Kouji has Smilodonad assembled on his house, though.

In Medarot 4

Kouji Utilizes one of them in the Kabuto Version, alongside a Neo Sakura-Chan as leader and a Shinsaber. Unitris takes its place in the Kuwagata Version.

Excise is compatible with the Culture Medal and the Kuwagata Medal.

Fought in Chapter 1 of Medarot 4

Special Encounter in Rosewood Private School, talk to Kouji after choosing Karin to help Ikki fight the Screws.

When fighting Excise(Smilodonad) alone in the City terrain with Metabee, have Metabee undergo a Shift Transform, and use Metabee's Cross Attack Fire A after setting it twice, as the blast will quickly destroy Smilodonad's parts.

This fight is easier for the player as Saikachis has the terrain advantage in contrast to the corresponding event Battle in the Kuwagata Version.

In Medarot Navi

It appears as owned by Kouji in the Kabuto version. Here, it's best used with a Beast Medal.

In the anime

In Medarot Damashii, Excise is a Death Medarot used by Ginkai, Kokuryuu, and for a while by Yuuzuru (who exchanges him for Dorcus). It, together with Unitris, was used to cause riot in the city. Both Death Medarots were two of Kokuryuu's favourites.
